Jessica Vittorio
Founding Partner
Jessica Vittorio is a Partner at NQSQ Consulting and leads the firm's Legal, Public Affairs, Geopolitical Risk, and Trade Strategy practice groups. A licensed Texas attorney and General Counsel with more than 15 years of experience across publicly traded and high-growth technology companies, Jessica has served at the highest levels of corporate legal leadership — advising C-suite executives and boards on corporate governance, global mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk. She has negotiated and executed billion-dollar commercial transactions and played a central role in the strategic reorganization of global hardware supply chains across the energy, consumer electronics, and consumer products sectors — bringing a rare combination of legal precision and operational intelligence to some of the most complex cross-border business challenges in the market. Jessica has also been a tireless advocate for emerging markets and growth-stage businesses, successfully protecting them from regulatory overreach in hostile legislative environments and mounting effective defenses against influential adversaries including labor unions, consumer advocacy groups, and well-resourced opposition campaigns. Her career spans the boardroom, the courtroom, the classroom, and the halls of the United States Congress, where she served as Legislative Counsel in the U.S. House of Representatives. The culmination of this experience has given her a ground-level command of the legal, political, and operational forces that shape business outcomes, and mark the winners and losers in modern competitive industries. A published author, TEDx speaker, and Forbes contributor, Jessica brings to every client engagement the strategic clarity, real-world experience, and executive judgment that complex business challenges demand.
